To make the process of renting our hall as easy as possible, please follow these simple recommendations.
Renting our hall is by appointment ONLY. We can no longer accept walk-ins. Our GM, Jennifer is on a very tight schedule and she wants to give you her full attention while discussing your important event.
Please look over the contract. (See sample below) Write down any questions you may have. A deposit is required to hold your event date at time of booking. No exceptions. The date will remain open until a deposit has been made.
Here’s the link to our catering menu. All prices are listed. Choose your menu options. Write down any questions you may have. You ARE allowed to bring in a wedding cake from a commercial baker. No home-baked items are allowed. No other outside food or beverages are allowed. No exceptions.
We DO have a limited supply of table cloths for an add’l charge. Ask Jennifer the colors available and cost.
If you do not have a florist, decorating professional, DJ or band we can refer you to businesses we trust and have used before. It is your responsibility to book your own entertainment, florist & decorating professional.
